Ollie

Morning world....

Here is a small piece i wrote about myself so that you cann get to know me alittle more....It was inspired by a certain poem i read yesterday...i just changed some of the words to make it my own and suit my life and experiences...Hope you enjoy it.....

Pinkspider is simple in her own complexity
Ollie is complex in her own simplicity

We rush through mental doors
hoping to break through all gramatical errors

Making use of our rebellion
Knowing we will strike it rich making billion

Now I have become a philosopher
walking through the footsteps of Christopher

Spending sleepless nights everyday
doing all this to breaking day.

Hope you enjoyed..leave a comment or like....

Good day....
love Pinkspider

SHOCKING!! House help MASTURBATES in front of MINOR……KTN

SHOCKING!! House help MASTURBATES in front of MINOR……KTN

Ever wondered what really happens in your household when you leave your child under the care of your house help? You can rest assured only 30% are good things happening to your child.

KTN featured its very own Nannies Diary which is an investigative story about house helps in Kenya. The story was dubbed Maajabu ya Mayaya a narration by KTN’s Swahili news anchor Lulu Hassan.

In her investigations, Lulu planted hidden cameras at a random house and took details of what goes on during the day when the house help is left with the child. The house help of this particular house at one time puts the baby aside and goes on to pleasure herself.

As she masturbates the child watches her, knowing so well that what she is doing will affect the baby’s growth in future

IT DOESN'T MATTER

HAPPY TUESDAY TO ALL OF YOU!!!!!

It doesn't matter whether Jesus was black, white, red or green. What matters is the interpretation of the truths behind his message.

It doesn't matter how much time you spend going to church or proclaiming yourself to be a christian. What matters is your understanding of the meaning of love.

It doesn't matter how many testimonies you swear by if you cannot get past the hypocr
itical charade. What matters is that only you knows the color of your soul at night when you go to sleep, that is if you can sleep at all.

It doesn't matter also if the only thing you have garnered from from previous colonial atrocities performed on your people is experience with which to oppress your fellow black man. What matters then, is that you are to blame just as much.

It doesn't matter if you have been battered, raped, abused, neglected and rejected because somebody somewhere was in that situation before probably had it worse than you. What matters is if you choose to stagnate or choose to move on.

HAPPY IT DOESNT MATTER TUESDAY TO YOU ALL...
LOVE PINKSPIDER

which one are you?

The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.

I am neither optimist nor pessimist. I am an opportunist, thus the glass being either half empty or half full is of no concern to me. There just needs to be free refills..

Being a realist is better than pessimism and optimism. Optimists are all sun shine and rainbows. Pull your head out of your ass. Pessimists are all zombie apocalypse. Pull your head out of your ass. Realist take things for what they are. Because they can handle reality.

"THE BEST LOVE LETTER EVER

As you got up this morning, I watched you,
and hoped you would talk to me, even if it was just a few words, asking my
opinion or thanking me for something good that
happened in your life yesterday. But I noticed
you were too busy, trying to find the right outfit to wear.
When you ran around the house  getting ready, I knew there would
be a few minutes for you to stop and say hello, but
you were too busy. At one point you had to wait, fifteen minutes with
nothing to do except sit in  a chair.

That's okay because you may not realize that I am
always there for you. I've got patience, more than
you will ever know. I even want to teach you how to
be patient with others as well.
I love you so much that I
wait everyday for a nod, prayer or thought or a thankful part of your
heart. It is hard to have a one-sided conversation.

Well, you are getting up once again. And once
again I will wait, with nothing but love for you.
Hoping that today you will give me some time.
 Have a nice
day!

Your friend, GOD

Please take time to reflect on that
letter,GOD wants you to reply by
simply going down on your knees
and chant a prayer

In and Out

Each day of our lives we experience the balance of the inner and the outer in the simple act of breathing. If we exhale too much, we start to waft off. If we inhale too much, we can’t hold it. We know very quickly when our breath is out of balance as we hyperventilate. We hold our breath. We shallow breathe. We do exasperated exhaling. We can also do sudden frightened intakes of breath. The breath gives away a lot about what’s going on for us at any given moment. Notice how every meditative tradition and all body-based practices such as yoga and martial arts invite us to be aware of our breath. Our breath serves us well. By breathing deeply into the belly we can reduce anxiety.  Panting of breath is a classic childbirth strategy. Deep breathing slows us down and centres us. Conscious breathing quietens the mind.
All aspects of our lives with an internal and external orientation need to be in balance. This concept of balance will be different for everyone. Generally life is full of “doing” with not much “being”. This creates in all of us a lot of unease and lack of balance. Our life is often full of opposites: doing and being, breathing in and breathing out. Balance is needed. How will you know if your life is in balance? Try to recall what you have done during the last week. Was it balanced? Many will be unbalanced. The majority will lean towards the “doing” side of the equation rather than the being.  Some will be unbalanced on the other side. How do you feel? To begin to understand how you feel you need to check into your body, assess your feelings and your thinking for clues.
Balance is not, in essence a need to have equal weight on each side. It is more about establishing your own unique balance which enables you to keep yourself finely tuned and in a relationship with your Inner, deepest self. Therefore, balance does not require you to spend equal amounts of time in the inner world and the outer world.  It may be that you spend more time in meditation than exercise whilst you establish what it is you need to create your unique balance. Balance is what you will come to know from the inside out as you create it for yourself. It takes dedication to the self as well as time to establish balance. Part of this establishment involves finding meaning, finding some structure and what it is you intend to create.
How do you know you are out of balance? Are you:
  • Restless
  • disconnected
  • agitated
  • tired
  • angry
  • sad
  • purposeless
  • disinterested
  • Aggressive
  • Passive
  • Joyless
  • Hopeless
How do you know you are in balance?
Are you:
  • Energized
  • Connected
  • Aligned
  • purposeful
  • engaged
  • content
  • rested
  • peaceful
  • relaxed
  • Joyous
  • Hopeful
  • Active
  • expressive
What do you know about your unique experience of having your life in balance? Only you will know and only you can adjust yourself towards being balanced.
Life is often difficult and full of stress leaving it hard to find a balance. It is easy to get caught in the outward distractions, without making time to Tune in. The options we create to obtain balance may well be out of reach if they are unrealistic. In reality most people can’t just stop their work and turn their life upside down.  This would create an imbalance. We can’t stop reality from unfolding and often it unfolds with pain and suffering. A good strategy is to take moments where you can begin find balance. Perhaps do a meditation instead of an hour watching television. Make a change that is not necessarily going to take you into an imbalance in another area of your life. It is possible to just tune in to brief moments throughout the day such as taking a few inward breaths before you start to work; consciously driving more slowly, stretching for a few minutes when you wake up instead of leaping into action. We can consciously choose not to rush throughout the day to meet deadlines. Our inner self is always available to us and we can choose to access it and deepen our life balance.
The same is true for those who may be unbalanced on the inner side of the equation: people who are shy, or limited by circumstances of health or access. Those who are inwardly focussed by choice will show struggle to gain a balance. We may find safety tuning in to your feelings and find projecting yourself to the outer world to be more difficult. It is a necessary task to challenge both aspects of the self to obtain balance. We need to challenge our avoidance to creating a balance. We have to find balance by moving to the outer world slowly, one step at a time. Try smiling at someone who is a stranger to you, place a call to a friend, write a letter to the editor, take a walk in the park: finding balance in a moment by moving out of your usual patterns of behaviour. Each movement towards a different way brings us closer to our own unique balance.
We experience the most of who we are when we assess ourselves by tuning in and then accessing our new found skills and gifts as we take a step out of the realm of the old self.
We can have sovereignty of our inner gifts. We have access to feelings, imagination, thinking and our intuition. We can hear the call of the true Self. We are conscious. We can then claim different gifts when we move out of the self into a different space which is equally as rich. We create change, we manifest our inner visions, we can impact our world and we take actions that matter. We respond to the call of the Self.
Who am I? I am a being of consciousness and will. I am the breath in and the breath out as well as the space in between the breath. I am all I hold inside. I am all I express to the world. I tune in. I move out.

Chuck VS Seth

heeeeeeeeeeeeeey world
the year is coming to an end....lets count down the best comedy, animations, series of 2012.

It’s hard to list anything in order of best to less, simply because everyone has different tastes. I’ve decided to list in groupings of the ‘A must watch’, ‘laughter is the best medicine’, ‘Good’ and ‘dont even waste your time’. The others take care of themselves by diving quickly in the ratings and not being renewed.

Top of my list would be

 Suits

I Have been watching season 2 slowly cause i dont want to finish it...its just tooo good....
This is a must watch forall the lawyers and law officers maybe they could  learn a few things.....okay thats not true...they will learn ALOT!!!
If I was ever in trouble with the law..i would want the two guys above to represent me...infact if Uhuru and Ruto had hired Harvey Spector to represent them...that case would be past tense now....
anyway back to the countdown
So here we go, not just a grouping of categories, but an explanation of what you get, the good and the bad for each. Remembering this, as with everything, comes with the influence of my personal taste, although I hope I’ve been as fair and unbiased as possible.
A Must watch!!!!!!

Modern Family and The Middle – both take first position because they are family based comedy.
in both we see how families function in the dysfunction and make it work. they show the importance of love, care.fights and dissagreements in a family are okay and always conclude each episodes..or most of them with family and sticking together through everything is the most important issue...especially now that we are in a world corrupted with money as one of the main roots of evil.....Go modern family and the middle...looking forward to watching till season 20 like bold and the beautiful.

The Big Bang –  Big Bang is funny because it has found the one group of people it is still politically correct to laugh at – the socially inept. Not specific to any gender, race or other comically protected group – these oddballs, who verge on high functioning autistic are lovingly rendered and it’s because of that they’re so easy to like

.
1. ANIMATIONS
Animations or cartoons are the number 1...who said cartoons are only for children...well how ever you are!!!!

 CARTOONS ARE UNIVERSAL!!!!

1. American Dad.....this cartoon always makes my day.....starting with the theme song where stan smith jumps out of bed wishing USA a very good morning...I love it!!!!!! and if we all started waking up like stan...wishing our country a good morning.....you can fast forward our development to 1st world.....

2.All SETH MCFARLENE PRODUCTIONS

Seth Mcfarlene born October 26, 1973) is an American actor, voice actor, animator, screenwriter, comedian, producer, director, and singer. He is best known as the creator of Family Guy (1999–present) and as co-creator of American Dad! (2005–present) and The Cleveland Show (2009–present), for which he also voices many of the shows' various characters.
A native of Kent, Connecticut, MacFarlane is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, where he studied animation, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He was an animator and writer for Hanna-Barbera for several television shows, including Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, Dexter's Laboratory and I Am Weasel before creating his own series for 20th Century Fox called Family Guy in 1999. MacFarlane went on to co-create American Dad! in 2005, and The Cleveland Show in 2009 for Fox. He also went on to serve as executive producer on the Fox sitcom The Winner.
..3.ALL CHUCK LORRE PRODUCTIONS
  • Roseanne, 1990–1992, (writer, co-executive producer, supervising producer)
  • Grace Under Fire, 1993–1998 (creator, writer, co-executive producer, supervising producer)
  • Cybill, 1995–1998 (creator, writer, executive producer)
  • Dharma & Greg, 1997–2002 (creator, writer, executive producer)
  • Two and a Half Men, 2003–present (creator, writer, executive producer)
  • The Big Bang Theory, 2007–present (creator, writer, executive producer)
  • Mike & Molly, 2010–present (executive producer, writer
  • Mike and Molly – Oh, fat people. How funny are they? Another Chuck Lorre vehicle, or should I say reinforced chasis, ba-doom-ching! This one has plenty of comic weight from a sitcom heavy. This will satisfy anyone with a large appetite for funny one liners, but if you need to buy two seats to take a flight, you may not find it full of large belly laughs. Get the idea? This is a big fat sitcom that belches laughs
The Formerly Best (Now a bit Tired)
Two and A Half Men – It started as an in joke about Charlie Sheen. Then Charlie become a parody of himself and self-destructed and so did his show. With Aston Kutcher it is struggling on because it’s such a cash cow for Chuck Lorre, but like many a past champion, it has stayed around a few years too long.

South Park – Suffering from the same symptoms as the Simpsons, South Park still has its moments. But it’s hard to rely on shock value humour when they’ve been shocking us for so long. It still has some extraordinary moments flowing from the minds of the perennial eight year olds, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, but you get the feeling ‘side’ projects like the Tony award winning, “Book of Mormon” are taking priority these days. Gone are the days of such brilliant comic moments as trying to get Tom and John to come out of the closet.
Good

A surprisingly intriguing new show. Some of the acting leaves little to be desired, however the writing is amazing. It's like a mini movie with a cliffhanger each week. Set in a rich, attractive area that also exudes charm. This show has drama, romance, mystery, family conflict and I think would appeal to almost every genre. I personally think it's genius that get we get to see some closure and satisfaction each week but there is still a bigger picture and more mystery to come. I cannot wait to see who'll get their comeuppance each week

As I started to watch more episodes, I began to fall in love with the show even more. Everything about it is just awesome. The music, the characters, the plot - everything. Sarah Michelle Gellar is an amazing actress and so are the rest of the brilliant cast.

If you're into thriller type stuff (with some drama and romance) then this is definitely for you. It's a great show with some real jaw dropping moments. Its' not too intense but enough to keep you wondering what the hell is going on.

Give it a chance. You'll love it

How I met your Mother – The content is funny with a standout performance from powerhouse performer Neil Patrick Harris playing Barney Stimpson as the straightest man whore on TV, but most find the set up and narration tedious and why those kids listen to such long stories from Dad is anyone’s guess.

Cougar Town - The title is all you need to know about this one. It could have been Demi Moore in the lead, but it's Courtney Cox and she's still funny. The writing is fast and not at all forced. It's funny without pushing the Sex in the City creativity, but it's fun. Want to see what middle aged divorced women do when let off the leash? Watch this.

Californication – A lot of people will be put off by Hank, played by David Duchovney. He’s a loveable arsehole who is well redeemed by his ongoing love and commitment to his ex wife and daughter. A writer of novels and films and stunningly successful, if Hank can’t find a way to self destruct and turn success into failure, no one can.
.
Hot in Cleveland – this is a star vehicle for Betty White, ably supported by her three co-stars who have all had supporting roles in other shows of note. There are many funny lines, many stereotypes mined for all their comic potential and in the shadow of the long forgotten ‘Green Acres’ – it’s a study of what happens when trendy city folk head to the sticks and discover a simpler happier life.

.
New Girl – A very good first season and hopefully they’ll keep this going. I have to confess I really enjoy watching Damon Wyans Jr and was a little disturbed when he pulled out of this after the pilot to take a spot on Happy endings, but in the end they recast well and it didn’t make much difference. New Girl is the girl taken into a share house/apartment with three guys who have to readjust to living with a woman. A good scenario and well written and plotted. They do seem to be following a formula which is both good and bad – the formula being, whatever happens in the episode, the boys make some sort of sacrifice to support the ‘New Girl’ – cementing their new friendships by episodes end and giving a feel good quality that is a strong plus. But if they keep doing it for every episode they’ll be headed for trouble. Again using form guide vernacular – one to watch.
.
Two Broke Girls – Can you say two and a half women? The half being a horse kept, implausibly in the yard of an apartment – huh? Max is a working class girl trying to make good with her cupcake business and Caroline is a Paris Hilton type whose father ponzied away the family fortune, thrusting her into unfamiliar territory, living a regular life. Throw in a plethora of single entendres and you have this one pretty well covered. Out of one hundred – of course – it’s a 69.

Suburgatory – It takes until the very end of the pilot before you can see this may have a hope. Not that it doesn't have some mild amusement throughout the pilot, but it feels like the creators have thought more about the concept than the story or the characters. Tessa is a smart, cool girl from the city, at least in her mind. Her mother has done a runner and after her dad, George finds condoms in her room, he overreacts by moving away from the evil city and out to the suburbs. Tessa's too cool for everyone, sneering her way through the pilot before finally showing some heart and depth in the final few minutes. Along the way we get every suburban cliche possible, smashing us over the head with the idea that suburbanites are all clones of each other. Things like daughter and dad reading books entitled, The Emancipation of a minor for her and Adopting out a Child for him, while amusing, feels forced in what appears to be a teenage coming of age journey where miss uppity from the city will come to value what is on offer. If you like this genre I'd go for Awkward over this, but they're much of a muchness.

Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 Poster»

Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23

The series follows June, as she moves to New York City to pursue her dream job, until she finds out that it no longer exists and she ends up moving in with a con-artist party-girl named Chloe. The two don't get along at first; however, when Chloe's attempts at scamming June backfire, they end up forming an unlikely friendship

.

Whitney – On the strength of some of the funniest comic lines delivered by its star on the promo this is still a little bit of a let down, but after more than a few episodes I have worked out why and I may be doing this one an injustice - because I'm a guy. That's right, this is a chick flick condensed into neat little 30 second episodes. As a guy I find Whitney the character annoying. She hangs around with two friends who are also annoying. One is in love and one wants to make love and this is the scope of the 'friends' input. The guys are three, the financial adviser who seems cultured and intelligent and the cop who abuses his position to carry on like a jock frat boy. Then there's Whitney's boyfriend who seems like the perfect guy delivering the perfect relationship until Whitney find a way to test and question that relationship to see if it will survive. It's well acted and there are some funny lines, but for me, it's one sided and not very real. The arguments are real, but not the reaction of the guy/boyfriend. In the real world, Whitney would have to learn to take the good with the good or eventually, in the real world, her boyfriend would be placing her in the too hard basket and moving on.
.
.

Retired at 35 - You can't build a decent show on a premise that doesn't work. I couldn't stop asking myself why a successful person, at 35, would leave the rat race and move into his parents retirement villa to live with them. Now if mum or dad had been ill, perhaps slowly slipping into dementia, then that would have solved this and despite it not being badly written and certainly well cast with curmudgeony George Segal as dad, I'm not in a rush to watch.....

this is what u missed..now u know....
.
